This is a jellyfin lemmy group, and the way it works (at least as far as mastodon is concerned) is by boosting all posts that tag the group to people who have subscribed by the group, similar to gup.pe groups.
So a spammer spammed the post, and because you follow the lemmy group from your mastodon account, you got the spam boosted in to your timeline, until a mod could step in

I banned the user who was spamming us, and nuked the comments. Mod Log shows they're going around.
