First attempt at a ginger bug. Today is day 3 of fermentation, unsure what I'm going to soda-fy yet...maybe some apple cider? Still pretty cool.

Grapefruit juice fermented with ginger bug is delicious. I do half grapefruit juice, half a gingered lemonade & add the strained ginger bug sometimes. Sometimes use finished ginger beer to ferment grapefruit juice, and sometimes add ginger bug to grapefruit juice with a little lime juice and sugar. All are good.
