Highly recommend some good toggle bolts or plastic toggle threaded anchors. Those should do the job.

I mean, it might if it's secure and entirely flush as well as anchored properly. But unless the house is really sturdy the whole thing is going to shake.

Not putting the bed frame right against the wall.
That must be a fucking screw holding that to the wall.
Bonus use as a tie down point.
Virgins can now jump on the bed to their heart's content. Must jump alone, no jumping with a partner, k ,virgins?
