There are 3 stages in life. When you are young you go to a lot of birthday parties, and the next stage is when you go to a lot of weddings, and the final stage is when you go to a lot of furnals.

I went to far too many funerals as a child/young adult then.

In your mid 30s, you can definitely do all 3 at once. Literally on the same weekend for me one time.

The birthday party stage happens again after marriage - although they’re not for you 🤣
