This is where I am too, in my late 30s. Had a really bad year last year reaching burn out and ending up with panic disorder 😵 I wonder if changing to a job that's more systematic would help, but also the boredom kills me and I need money. I hope you figure it out!

2025 has been a roller coaster. I'm a DJ, and played a festival for the first time and got booked for a gig on my favourite label - amazing, rewarding achievements for me!

I also got evicted, developed panic disorder and have had to navigate our healthcare and benefits system for my partner who has a disability and hasn't been able to advocate for himself.

I kind of feel like; we made it. And that's an achievement on its own.

My autistic colleague gets to me read her emails before she sends them in case they need "humanising" 😂 This was after a guy said her tone was aggressive and unpleasant (it wasn't, it just wasn't fluffed out and he was a big baby).

But then you're still drinking that in one day? That is pretty wild to me.

Me and my siblings have pretty much always got on, apart from some normal squabbles when we were kids. They're legit my favourite people to hang out with. I'm not sure exactly what my parents did to make this happen. I guess they treated us equally with love, respect, kindness and an excellent sense of humour.
