I would guess its just texas. Even though puerto ricos flag is just one star... its not shaped like texas

We might be thinking about this all wrong, I think someone graffitied on a flag of Poland

To clarify this: the flag of Texas is shown on the left, and the outline of the state of Texas is interposed into the flag in blue on the right.

Someone from Chile may have a better clue.
