that's jist awful i'm so sorry to hear that! I've been through some terrible times as well and one thing i learned is, give yourself a break, if you can, and allow yourself room to be sad and to maybe cry

Inaccurate. My brain is the one that usually gets crushed by that stuff. My heart usually just marches on to the beat of its own drum.
