Matcha burns belly fat? Puhleeease. And what exactly is detoxification? I really try not to be negative on Lemmy as I generally like the vibe here, but this ”guide” is pseudoscientific nonsense.
I can see things like "beneficial for sleep" or "reduce upset stomach", but that's about it. "Treating allergies", well good luck with that. Also black tea for anxiety?
I tried to keep an open (or at least lenient) mind and classify this alongside old wives tales, mostly because I don't drink tea myself and therefore jnows next to nothing about it. But once I realized that it's using the same language as the esssential snake oil sales ads, I just couldn't.
