Her job is done anyway. It'll be years before this case can proceed and if Adolf Donnie Trump weasels his way into office, it goes away forever. She's successfully delayed it into oblivion.
I'm honestly surprised she didn't just outright dismiss it from the getgo.
This wouldn't be leaking unless there's a motion to remove her in the works and Chief Altonaga runs a very tight ship. This almost had to come from her office.

If it was immediately dismissed, appeals could have started and another judge would have been asigned. Delay was always the plan.
