Lower would make it less comfortable for them. On the ceiling would be ideal for them once they finished eating.

My partner doesn't tolerate light/sounds when going to sleep otherwise I'd love a ceiling-tv over the bed.

Easier to put a projector on the ground than mount a TV to the ceiling.
