[Q] do all premium headsets Samsung/Bose/Sony have “okay Google” wake-word for hands free assistant?

If Bose does I'm unaware of it. Then again I never turn that kind of function on if I am aware of it.

Sony. Nope. It can be activated with a press, though never use it.

I use an Anker Soundcore, and it doesn’t. Not exactly premium, but I like it.

I think my Jabra are considered premium as well. And they do not.
