I mean, if it's possible to move a home that size then someone might take it if they have the land. It's a long shot but if you already don't want the house, why not try?

I feel the same way about tossing items/devices that work but you just don't want anymore. If someone else wants it, why not give/sell it to them.

House moving is surprisingly common in beach communities. A fruend of mine just got a 600 sf² cottage for free, he just had to move it. That cost him about $44k
