I think that's because of the issue handling
AUTHORIZED_FETCHconfig in Mastodon that fixed in the newer Lemmy BE v0.19.4+.It's better to wait for your Lemmy instance update to the latest version.

If I recall correctly it's a bug in the newest Lemmy version. So this should happen only on servers that have upgraded.
