Nope. That's the guy, Ukrainian soldier, who was on that famous video where he was shot by Russian soldiers and his last words were: "Slava Ukraini".
I don't know anything about this story, so it could be just another war fake, a beautiful lie to demonize Russian Army. Could be a real leak with Russian war crime. For people it doesn't really matter anymore.
