Everyone knows the best way to hurt Anakin is to design a suit for him that constantly hurts him. Why limit yourself to one instance of pain?

Its a little known fact that the suit was actuall really effective and comfortable except for the pocketsand palps put in just before they sealed it.

And the entire process can be carried out at the newly renamed Emperor Palpatine Surgical Reconstruction Center!
