I don't trust Bryan Lunduke as a source. He fell into QAnon conspiracy-type stuff and MAGA politics. Not a sign of good judgment.

Not going to watch a video. I am gathering from comments on the youtube video that he is taking about telemetry data. You can check out e.g. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/thunderbird-telemetry.
I typically opt out of telemetry data these days, having been burned a few times.

@jeena @freeguru He really is. He was once a vaguely sane FOSS industry commentator. Then he lost/left his job, and had to monetise his blog & channel. Result: 90% of it is frothing hatred and insanity.
