Public health is so difficult to implement that only 22 of the 23 most developed countries in the world have done it.

I don’t get the “no longer fringe” part of this article. There’s always been conservative resistance to public health initiatives.

Any and all public incentives are handouts that businesses now can't turn into profits to trickle down on you. It's very simple.
