When you can't bring the work to the workshop.
We had a guy go after a big fibre bundle with an ax because it was on the side of a railway he was angry at, except wayyyyyyy in the bushes.
They craned a 20' box out there and clean-roomed it so they could splice all those strands back together without contaminants.
Some dudes, a crane, containers and a light pole... the possibilities are endless. They could stack a few of these Maersk containers and let him climb to change the bulb, or harness the guy directly to the crane.
OSHA would like a word
(I'm still impressed and the Tim Allen in me appreciates the creativity.)
I mean.. saves a couple bucks hiring a scissor lift lol. He also wears some falling protection so this is fiiiine~~
Till safety dude comes by and asks what his tie off point is rated to.
At least until the container slips and he turns into a meat maraca...
