I am suprised at the number of young families in my tiny regional village here in NE Tassie. The primary school even expanded and built a new extension just 10 months ago.

It's possible to find a 4x2 house in Tasmania for under $300,000. I can see why people are moving there.

If i can have highspeed internet i will move out into the desert if i could
