No joke, I had to stop falling asleep to podcasts over a decade ago. The conditioning to tune-out conversation was causing me to drift off and lose focus in meetings.
Me a couple years ago when I had a psychotic episode and couldn't listen to podcasts for several months because I thought the podcasters wopld be able to read my mind
