Texas Supreme Court rules against lawmakers who stopped execution with last-minute subpoena

Even bipartisan efforts cannot stop Texas' execution boner.

It does not need to be said, but if you need anymore proof that Greg Abbot is evil, here it is. He can stop it anytime he wants.

I'm finding it very difficult to see why Texas should be allowed to remain independent. They can't maintain their infrastructure, they can't provide for their citizen constituents, and they frequently signal a willingness to demean America by association. They're not good at governance and are constantly begging for Federal handouts.

So let's just take over the state. Send in the Feds, remove the Executive branch and State supreme court justices, and disbar the legislative officers. They keep fuckin around and it is past time they started finding out.
