Heavy Weather training for US Coast Guard Station Noyo River

Coast Guard Station Noyo River crew suited up for some bracing heavy weather training during the recent "bomb cyclone" that formed in the Pacific, Nov. 20, 2024.

During the severe weather, the station's crews endured 14-16 foot waves and 30+ knot winds to to provide training to the unit's break-in heavy weather coxswains.
