Do your... bodily schedules change with altitude?

I recently went to Colorado from Texas and I understand lots of changes like appetite issues happen with a 9,000+ foot rise. My one concern is that I haven't shit in 3 days (obviously quite abnormal for me) and still don't feel like I could. Has anyone else experienced this? Is this just me being crazy? I feel no pain or discomfort. I understand this is amusing with the joke that happened around the reddit migration, but I'm genuinely quite concerned.
