How to filter out non-English posts?

I am a non-native English speaker. But I cannot understand any language other than English and my native language. Right now my All feeds are littered with French, Danish, Italian or whatever other languages of which I have no clue about.

I just want to have an English only feed.

I am concerned becauase it is often said that setting language to anything other than Undetermjned will lead to loss of many posts.

Just block the communities that are primarily in languages other than English or your language. Leave your language, English and undetermined checked off because some people don't specify a language.

I have been doing that but still there are too many.

How do I check/uncheck languages? I get only a drop down menu with a highlighted language. No way to visually identify which is checked.

I go by all and I see like maybe five non-english posts a day?

Same. It also depends on the time of day. Even the German meme posts have died down a lot though, (unless i blocked them.)

Do you sort by top of the hour? That's the only time I've seen way too many non-English posts.
