I made a large collection of screenshots from Facebook of people who had their claims denied from United Healthcare in 2022 and 2023. Shooting was too humane.

I had insurance from my job, and also insurance on my husband's plan because he forgot to cancel it in time. I put in a claim for a leg X-ray after falling. They refused the claim, and only after reading the small print did I realize it was because they had the wrong primary insurance on file. I didn't know that was a thing, just figured two = double plans. The letter they sent seemed to actively avoid explaining why I was refused.

I spent far too much time scrolling (well past the UHC collection). Thank you (especially enjoyed bobcat dog and hakuna matata).
