I'm middle aged, I've never smoked, at the most in my younger years I'd drink one glass of wine or cider or something like that a week. I don't anymore, I have maybe 3 drinks a year tops now. It's amazing to me how my parents' generation is still alive because they smoked like fiends and drank buckets of rum and cokes on the weekends, and I'd say that they weren't big drinkers compared to others.
She once said that her favourite thing to do with her husband was to take off in a little trailer they had and go find some place in some corner of Tennessee to camp out in for a weekend.
She also donated a million dollars to COVID vaccine research early in the pandemic, and the Moderna COVID vaccine was developed thanks in part to that.
I'm not a tech person, and I truly enjoy my phone, but the only smart device I've ever had was a puppy cam I've gotten rid of and a convection oven you can turn on with an app, which I don't have on my phone. My car is a newer model and has Android Auto and I do not use it at all. I have never voluntarily used AI beyond having it forced upon me by companies. Zero interest.
I bought muscadine grapes last week. Delicious, like plums and grapes in one.
He was a hell of a writer. What a shit week it's been for deaths.
When I was a child nobody carried water bottles with you. There was the shared school water fountain and that was it.

Absolutely. Especially when they start emailing you every day.
Spoken by someone who never had a child who has disabilities and is hard to keep with you, sheesh.
It's great for talking to my friends out of country instead of stupid WhatsApp, but I got some weird messages on there.

Just routine blood work for his thyroid. He's 13! He's still really spicy and happy.
We should go all the way back to Livejournal, it was the best.
I love someone who can be structured in poetry and really succeed at it. It's very disciplined.
Alternately I mostly hate when poets only use lower case other than e.e. cummings, I think it's a lazy way to make an effect 99% of the time.
I've never used any of those things. I can write my own email just fine.
Ooh nice!
It absolutely was not an unkindness. Dementia is terrible. I'm so sorry though.
Yeah it is that kind of poem.
It got me in the feels today too, I'm glad you like.
I still enjoy the video. Pop pop.
Oh goodness that's funny.
