The Museum of Ice Cream Opens In Boston Seaport

This is one of those shitty popups, isn't it. Like the article doesn't even try to sell it, the attached photo doesn't even show any exhibits, it appears to be a piece of bread and a tiny amount of what I assume must be ice cream.

Not even a museum. It has locations in a number of major cities like NYC, Chicago, Miami, and now Boston. It’s an “experience” like Legoland etc.

Have there been any major advancements in ice cream since Dippin' Dots? 🤔
