Meanwhile the agent is telling the current owner that this property is "going off" online with hits from all around the planet.

I'm choosing to believe that the second pic is just how that realtor stages their places.

That's my thought as well especially with the eye bolts in the bed posts in pic 6. Oh, and the ring light and the pallet wrap on the shelf.

I think it's a pull down ladder for the next room. Not positive though.
