my condo does not allow bikes in the spaces like that. We are allowed to get two hangars mounted on the wall though and there is a general bike parking were we are allowed to park up to two bikes. So im not complaining to much as there are much worse setups out there.
Note that the range won't be unlimited insofar as you won't be able to cycle with electricity continuously with a solar panel trailer - Simon Clark actually made an experiment on this very subject: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-sZJqynNhOk
