Some lemmings become misguided, but right from wrong on this topic is simply factual and they will eventually find their way to the light of Linux, or they will suffer with the burden of their poor choice till death.

I need Windows cause Linux HDR support is barely functional at best.

marcos@lemmy.world · 2 pts · 1y (1 reply)

I'm pretty intent on not needing it anymore before MS pulls the plug on Win10 support.

But currently I'm on the same boat.

I actually don't mind 11 I kinda wish my gaming pc could be upgraded to 11. It's more cohesive than 10 that feels all over the place. Eventually I'll probably move over to a steam OS since i just boot into big picture mode anyway

Are you... A woman?

MrScottyTay@sh.itjust.works · 1 pts · 1y

No but what's gender got to do with it?

My work is heavily Microsoft stack based. Much easier to go with the flow than to against the grain in Linux. Time matters so I can spend any down time fiddling getting stuff to work. It just has to work immediately when I need it.

Windows are privacy-invasive.
