Do these type of novelty account usually end up working in the end? Never having used Twitter myself, the only times I have ever seen them is times like this when they end up missing the relevant event, and screenshots of that end up on other platforms like this here.

I thought it was just a reference to the fact that big smoke says the same line every time you fail which was incredibly infuriating if you fail multiple times in a row.
