This is what happens in third world countries and flyover states. Seems like Georgia is going the other direction. These people can just move a couple hundred miles north.

Pretty soon they'll have to rebrand to Disney's Underwater Adventure, and The DeSantis Amphibian Force will be waging war on Alabama and Georgia for a few yards of dry land.
