Yeah I don't think being naked factors into their decision making process as much as people think. He's still running CatOS. He wants to get his snout around some of that delicious chicken.
Fun fact: Rabbits are sold with the head still attached because once skinned, they are very similar to cats and some producers were caught selling cats as rabbits

Also, this cat isn't really like "brothers no" it's more like "my brethren smell delicious, I wish to consume them". That is just basic cat.
