Germany says Russia 'shadow fleet' ship adrift in Baltic Sea

The vessel "Eventin," loaded with 100,000 tons of oil, is adrift off the northern German coast. Germany's foreign minister said the ship is one of Moscow's "dilapidated oil tankers" used to circumvent sanctions.

There is currently no risk of spilling and the crew is still on the boat and doesn't have to be evacuated.
