Character is called Eleven and is panting. But the subtitle can also be understood as 11 pants, which is too many pants to pack.

We all know that you don't need to pack a lot of pants for vacation. Shirts, underwear, socks--yes. But unless you're wading in bogs or something, you don't need a lot of pants.
