You get $25,000 a week but twice a week, you're abducted by aliens just as you're leaving for work. They'll do weird experiments on you and then drop you off at work two hours late.

With $25k/week, I would retire. Then the aliens would never be able to pick me up on the way to work.

Can we elaborate on "weird experiments" at all? I assume a reward of $25,000/week means that the risk is similarly high and that I'm not likely to survive a huge number of weeks.

If we can guarantee that I won't be harmed (physically or mentally) by the experiments, then easy yes.

Can I stop at any time? I feel like hitting $1 million or something, I’d exit this experiment and live off interest gains and my comfortable life.

Also no job to be late to if I’m making $25k a week. Unless it’s required, then give me something mundane and easy like Uber driving or something and I’d do a single trip each week.

Plan A: quit the job and love off the 25K a month. Goodluck with picking me up.
Plan B: 100% remote work from home job, again don't have to leave for work so no pickup.
