They then post a we're sorry you don't like our decisions we'll get back to you after voting but we gotta wait till everyone's awake(this is what I got out of their half-assed post, also what do they mean??? Like you're gonna wait till everyone's simutaneously awake really?)
They then unlock the community for only lemmy.world users (after seeing the blacklash on the same post and many others) and then proceeds to fail at coaxing people to come back and post to the original community instead of the new alternative here.
They essentially fired a nuke at the community which is also their headquarters, then makes a half-assed apology?, and finally begs people to come back and rebuild the community that was destroyed by their own hands.
I'd recommend also checking out @spujb's post as I might be missing some details here.

I know nothing about a corrupt modā¦ I thought the mod team and the instance admin had slightly different boundaries regarding netiquette / instance rules. Talk of corruption is news to meā¦
