I read a few years ago that the estimate in most social media everywhere is that 90% of all users are just lurkers and don't post anything. Most people (like myself) just comment on things and seldom post. The conversations and content is all mostly driven by a core group of about 10% of posters. Sure many or most people might have posted something some time but the majority of all or most content is driven by a small group of dedicated posters.
I am also mostly lurker and talk through comments, but I want to post things too. I am much more active with posting on Mastodon than here, here is mostly comments, but would like to change that. I love you 🩷🫂
We appreciate the enthusiasm but we prefer not to be told we are loved by people/creatures/entities etc until we are close to them emotionally. This takes a while for us. Thank you.
i wish i had both of their clothing and were both eof em and be with both of em and like - also don't steal their identities cuz that's evil but still get that effect of being a nice and approachable person who is comfy to be around and makes others feel comfy too <3
