Ahh yes...Rimworld a.k.a cannibalism & organ trafficking simulator on roid

You forgot the drugs. Drugs are worth so much more than organs. Which gets you access to more organs as your colony wealth spikes.

Don't forget to cut off the legs so they don't escape

If you harvest all but the organs they need to live you can still use them as blood bags for your Sanguophages and blood transfusions

And then add / remove peg legs to train medical.

Play Kenshi with enough mods and you can basically do this in 3D, though its not procedurally generated.

Man, I remember when Biotech came out, I thought "oh, no, they're adding furries to my warcrimes simulator!"

Then, I had a small epiphany. "They're adding furries... to my warcrimes simulator."

Suffice to say, New Auschwitz is a very successful colony.
