I'm not 100% sure if it's the Mk3 or Mk4 dash. Probably Mk4, with the fantastic red on blue color scheme.
It's a Mk4 ERA dash, circa 1997-2005.

I took it from another perspective. To me this meme was saying just remember Tesla is owned by Musk who just did a Nazi salute before starting his first political position under Trump administration like a month ago..
Ps. Tesla sales are down 58% in Germany.
