This blog has links to various other articles, but no substance. How frequently is good? Does it affect men and women the same way? Is there a health benefit when it's used to treat my addiction to porn?

Which always makes me a little suspicious that it was written entirely for the headline. And then people can scroll past, see the headline, feel good, keep scrolling.

What do you mean by "lost in pornography"? Like, do you mean developing unrealistic expectations for IRL sexual partners? Or something else?

I mean yes it can be good for you. But I think a large portion of the populace including a lot of the youths are heavily addicted to pornography.
