Looks like Paramount gave in, but the others didn't? I'm not sure about Twentieth Century Fox.
Youtube TV reaches short-term deal to stream Paramount content-- Paramount has accused YouTube TV of "prioritizing their own interests over a fair agreement."

it was a clip from thesimpsons subreddit about a simpsons clip so likely doesn't fall under that clause, sadly (and probably from years ago). :)
