That's really cool. Wellington has great train lines and I think we should build a lot more medium density housing along that corridor. A drive around Lower Hutt does show that is happening, which is a great move I think. Petone is only 20 mins or so on a train into the Wellington CBD.

The amount of new townhouses in lower Hutt is incredible, most notably along Cambridge terrace. Hundreds of them just along one road.

I believe there's a lot being built along the river as well.
