It's a patch that has a top element (known as a rocker), normally the club name. A centre piece which is the logo and a bottom rocker which usually is a location, denoting the club's geographic location/territory.
Bottom rockers with a location can cause massive issues if there is already a 1% club in that area as it makes it seem as though it's claiming territory.
These patches don't have a geographic bottom piece which would help in resolving any issues with an outlaw MC.

Many 1% clubs harass non outlaw clubs that have a 3 piece patch. So here's to hoping these shitbags catch grief from criminal MCs.
