Finding a ton of health & ammo usually is a signal something bad is about to happen. Boss fights etc.

The title is a reference to The Legend of Zelda.

It's one of the first lines of text in the original Zelda game

If you're being given a ton of ammo and health in a video game; odds are there's a reason you'll need it just around the next corner or two...
