We all knew the deal with this SCOTUS when they unconstitutionally trampled on Colorado's constitutional right - nay, mandate - to operate elections within their State, a trampling that extended to all other States.
Gee, I wonder how that precedent will be used in the very near future.

States are constitutionally granted the only power to operate elections, including determination of who is eligible for ballot access.
Except when 14A S3 is involved, apparently.
