Excuse me, this is Me Erasure. I am beautiful in my own way, tyvm. It's not my fault I had a weird evening in which a genie wish went wrong, and John Cleese loved me carnally.
It’d be the opposite of this. If 1 in 10 people is missing 1 limb, the average would be 3.9 limbs (39 limbs divided by 10 people). If you arranged everyone by limb count, the 5th and 6th person both have 4 limbs, which would be the median.

Yup, 4 would definitely be above average. But probably not when you round.

The average person has slightly less than half a penis, one testicle, half a vagina and uterus, and one ovary. No one is average.

Depends on how you calculate the average.
If you remove the top and bottom 1% to get a more average median, then most of us most likely do not.
