Yeah, not sure about that either, looked up the instance before posting because I was also curious and looks like it existed for a while but then shut, not sure what platform on though, maybe mastodon? Don't use it so no idea if it is..

Yeah it was mastodon, admin couldn't afford to keep it running and shut it down recently. I don't remember what they called it, but I'm fairly sure it wasn't retweets, not sure why it says that there.
