Agree with the other three, but why would NCR be Auth Left?

While not as Auth Right as The Legion, I def think of them more on that side.

It's is my understanding that the weaknesses of the NCR are: beurocratic red tape, crony capitalism, and a strong imperialist mindset combined with progressive human rights. That's ab right imo
