Homemade Arroz Caldo

I would love to take a peek at this recipe. I’ll probably try a softer boil on the eggs, get that silky yolk

Isn't it a bit hot for caldo?

I have gas just looking at this.

This doesn't look very appealing.

The eggs seem out of place. I'd replace eggs with bacon.
